Are you an experienced HR leader with a passion for HR? We are looking for a Manager, Employee Relations & HR Projects to lead a committed team in delivering strategic, high-quality, compliant, and efficient HR services across our North America region, ensuring smooth, effective HR operations while motivating your team to meet both business and employee needs.

In this role, you will live our culture commitments and leadership principles, creating a collaborative and engaging environment where your team can thrive. Your leadership scope will include critical areas such as regional HR project management, benefits administration, mobility, labor law compliance and employee engagement through our central askP&O platform. Additionally, you will act as a trusted advisor to management and P&O employees on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, grievance procedures and disciplinary actions. With a strong focus on project execution, you will plan, track and deliver results, addressing challenges and mitigating risks to ensure successful implementation within deadlines and budgets.

A key part of your work will be driving the adoption of digital tools, such as Workday, Dayforce and other enabling systems, to simplify processes and ensure HR services are accessible, efficient, and cost-effective. Your strong process orientation and attention to detail will be essential in navigating compliance requirements while maintaining operational excellence. Additionally, you'll collaborate closely with regional and global HR teams to ensure alignment of initiatives and consistency in service delivery.

This role requires a hands-on leader who can communicate effectively at all levels-whether through written, verbal, or presentation formats-and who thrives in a fast-paced environment.You will coach and mentor team members, supporting their professional development and growth while fostering an environment where they feel engaged and empowered to succeed.With a strong focus on execution, you will plan, track, and deliver results while managing challenges and uncertainty with confidence. As a member of the regional North America P&O leadership team, you will also provide insights on issues impacting employees and the business.

Are you the leader we are looking for?

The ideal candidate will be a strong project manager that brings a deep understanding and strong experience level in the areas of benefits administration and strategy, mobility, labor law and regulation compliance, employee relations investigations and employee engagement with the ability to motivate and guide a team toward operational and strategic excellence. With a proven track record in delivering core HR services in complex environments, you will be skilled at fostering collaboration across regional, navigating in complex stakeholder landscapes, and driving digital transformation.

To succeed you must hold:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field; advanced HR certifications (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP) are preferred.

  • Minimum 10 years of well-rounded HR experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role within a regional setting.

  • The ability to effectively align employee relations initiatives to broader organizational goals

  • A solid working knowledge of US and Canadian benefits administration, mobility, labor law and regulation compliance, employee relations investigations and employee engagement as well as proficiency with HR digital tools such as Workday, Dayforce and other enabling systems.

  • Strong project management skills.

  • Exceptional people leadership skills with a focus on motivating teams, setting clear direction, and fostering a culture of accountability and growth.

  • Effective execution and communication skills, with the ability to effectively plan, communicate, and manage priorities under pressure and in uncertain situations.

Location: Franklinton, NC or Milwaukee, WI (Hybrid)

Expected salary range:$130,000-$170,000
