ERP Manager

Job Summary:

Dexian is seeking a ERP Manager for an opportunity with a client located in Iowa City, IA.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage ERP implementation projects from start to finish, including planning, risk management, and meeting deadlines
• Ensure the smooth operation of the ERP system, which includes troubleshooting technical issues, performing diagnostic tests, and implementing system upgrades
• Supervise and direct teams of specialists, and consult with and coordinate between business units and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide support
• Provide training to end-users and create documentation and guides to ensure the organization can effectively use the system
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, and assist in budget preparation and expenditure monitoring for ERP-related activities

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and knowledge of cloud computing is often required
• Proven experience in managing complex projects, with knowledge of project management methodologies
• The ability to lead teams and communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences is essential
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are needed to identify and resolve issues proactively
• In-depth knowledge of business processes to analyze requirements and optimize workflows
• 5 or more years of experience in ERP implementation and program management
