Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work onsite for our client in Orlando, FL Interested?

  • We are seeking a Sub-Assembly Assembler to build and wire assemblies, including power-distribution load boxes, control/communication panels, joysticks, and related mechanical assemblies.
  • The role needs reading blueprints, schematics, and BOMs.
  • Installing LEDs, push buttons, switches, handles, and fasteners; routing, dressing, stripping, and crimping wires.
  • Performing functional and workmanship inspections and documenting results in work orders within our MRP system.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $21.00/Hour

Hours: 4/10-1st Shift

Length: Temporary (12 months)

Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 2 years' assembly experience (aerospace, defense, industrial, or automotive)
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in IPC-WHMA-A-620
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Associate's Degree
  • IPC 610/OSHA 10
  • Behavioural expectations include reliable attendance, teamwork, clear communication, safety compliance, and a proactive attitude toward learning and process improvement.
  • Be proficient with crimping, soldering, torque tools, and basic continuous improvement methods (6S/Kaizen)
  • Team Player
  • Read Engineering Schematics
  • IPC-A-610
  • IPC-J-STD
  • Stripping and Crimping Wires

Additional Information:

  • Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
