Torch Technologies is seeking a Systems Engineer (Senior) with Oracle EBS, SQL, and Cloud Migration experience to join a team to support the development and sustainment of systems assigned to the Air Force Human Resources Systems Division (AF HRSD) headquartered at Randolph AFB (San Antonio, TX area). The person that fills this position will apply their systems engineering expertise to provide support for the acquisition of the Air Force Integrated Personnel and Pay System (AFIPPS). The ideal candidate will understand networking and architecture principle and will coordinate with Cloud 1 or DISA to solidify F5 requirements for programs. They will also serve on the front line of communicating with pay and HR partners for the passing of files and coordination between databases.This role will primarily focus on the personnel (HR) function and will require experience with engineering, technical planning, acquisition, and sustainment of Personnel and Payroll Web Applications. This position supports the AFLCMC/GB Business and Enterprise Systems Directorate (BES)/GBH Human Resources Systems Division. This position requires a highly motivated individual. This individual will perform work that applies a broad theoretical and practical knowledge of Agile-based software engineering with responsibilities such as, but not limited to:
