Position SummaryThe Experienced Legal Recruitment Specialist will lead all aspects of our recruitment efforts to elevate our lateral associate hiring process and make it a best-in-class function. This role collaborates with Partners and key stakeholders to execute talent strategies, manage the end-to-end recruitment process, and build diverse candidate pipelines for multiple practice groups across all US offices. The ideal candidate will have excellent client relationship management skills and a professional presence, with the ability to balance stakeholder and candidate relationships. They will need strong time management, organization and process driven skills while managing multiple requisitions. The role also emphasizes attracting and retaining top talent by ensuring a positive candidate experience and requires an individual who continuously strives to cultivate a proactive recruitment process that is engaging, strategic and efficient.
