Virginia Cancer Specialists, an affiliate of McKesson Specialty Health and US Oncology, a leader in Cancer care, is seeking a Full Time CAR-T Nursing Manager for our Cancer Center in Fairfax Virgina. Position will work in conjunction with, and by the direction of, the Director of Nursing Services, if applicable, to provide nursing support for operations to existing practice locations and newly acquired practices by consulting and advising clinicians on best-practices, implementing of/providing education and training programs, and collaborating on interdisciplinary projects. Supports and adheres to the US Oncology Compliance Program, to include the Code of Ethics and Business Standards. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities
Qualifications Minimum Job Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities): Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, BSN or MSN preferred RN state license and current registration with the State Board of Nursing in practicing state. Current CPR certification required. Minimum five years actively practicing as a registered nurse, including at least three years oncology experience. Minimum three years of leadership experience. Specialized Knowledge/Skills: Oncology certification preferred Working Conditions: Environment (Office, warehouse, etc.) - Traditional office environment.
