Job Description

The role of the Records and Registration Coordinator is to coordinate the processing of various student records functions, such as special enrollments, adds/drops/withdrawals, revision of records, residency, back up for refund appeals, transfer of divisions, transcript fulfillment and diploma production. This position oversees the responses to telephone calls and email/Cherwell ticket submission. This staff member serves as a leader for other team members and supervision of student workers, ensuring excellent customer service. This staff member assists with student information and related systems testing as well as process improvement.

Shift

M-F, 8-5 (40 hours/week)

Minimum Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary

Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrated familiarity with MU records, registration, curriculum management and/or scheduling processes and policies
  • Experience in higher education registrar or student records office(s) or in related offices such as academic advising, curriculum management, provost, cashiers, financial aid or admissions
Anticipated Hiring Range

Salary Range: $17 - 19 hourly

Grade: GGS-007
