* Manage budgets, develop timelines, cultivate vendor relationships, and oversee production schedules from initial kick-off through post-event wrap-up.

* Coordinate the shipping, storage, and precise tracking of all event materials, including signage, collateral, demonstration components, and staging equipment.

* Direct activation builds, strikes, and intricate onsite logistics, ensuring every element consistently meets the company's brand and experiential standards.

* Serve as the primary point of contact for external production partners, fabrication vendors, and brand ambassadors, fostering strong collaborative relationships.

* Maintain meticulous documentation, including detailed run-of-show schedules, comprehensive onsite staffing plans, and thorough production recaps.

* Contribute to process optimization and the development of scalable systems to enhance efficiency for future programs.

* Undertake necessary travel and weekend work to support onsite event production, load-ins, and live-event execution during peak periods.

* Demonstrated ability to translate abstract brand and creative direction into compelling physical environments that align with strategic company objectives.

* Proven expertise in production logistics, effective vendor management, and seamless onsite execution.

* Strong budget management and exceptional organizational skills, with a consistent track record of delivering projects on time and within scope.

* Experience working onsite for complex, cross-functional events involving multiple stakeholders.

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for collaborating effectively across diverse teams and organizational levels.

* Willingness and ability to travel frequently and work evenings or weekends as required during peak event periods.

* **Nice-to-Haves:**
