We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated professional to spearhead the management and optimization of our Privileged Access Management (PAM) platform. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the secure management of privileged credentials, secrets, and session activity across our hybrid infrastructure. Your expertise will directly enable the enforcement of least-privilege access, Zero Standing Privileges (ZSP), and Just-in-Time (JIT) access models, profoundly impacting our security posture and operational resilience. You will collaborate closely with security, cloud, infrastructure, and compliance teams, driving key security initiatives and ensuring the continuous operational integrity of PAM services in alignment with Zero Trust Architecture principles.

**What You'll Do:**

* Operate and maintain the Privileged Cloud environments.

* Onboard and manage privileged accounts, secrets, and credentials using core platform components.

* Perform basic troubleshooting related to access management policies, accounts, and password rotation.

* Ensure the healthy integration of the PAM platform with various systems, including operating systems, databases, applications, and major cloud services.

* Monitor the health and performance of all PAM components.

* Configure and enforce robust security policies for privileged access at various levels.

* Manage PAM integrations with security information and event management (SIEM) and IT service management (ITSM) tools.

* Collaborate with internal security, audit, and compliance teams to meet regulatory and governance requirements.

* Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for PAM operations, procedures, and configurations.

* Support audits by providing necessary logs, access reports, and evidence of controls.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* 2+ years of hands-on operational experience with a leading Privileged Access Management (PAM) solution.

* Minimum 2-year college degree.

* Certification in a leading PAM solution.

* Proven experience onboarding and configuring accounts, secure storage, and policies within a PAM system.

* Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM), PAM, and Zero Trust principles.

* Familiarity with core PAM platform components such as Password Vault Web Access (PVWA), Privileged Session Manager (PSM), and Central Policy Manager (CPM).

* Strong knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP, and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) models.

* Excellent problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.

* Self-driven, detail-oriented, with strong interpersonal and collaborative abilities.

* Ability to write clear and concise technical documentation.

* High degree of initiative, dependability, and ability to work with limited supervision.

* High level of personal integrity and professionalism in handling confidential matters.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or a related field.

* Experience with endpoint privileged management solutions.

* Experience with workforce password management solutions.

* Experience with major cloud platforms and their identity services.

* Experience with identity governance and administration platforms.

* Additional industry-level PAM certifications.

* Experience responding to security incidents and conducting root cause analysis for PAM-related events.

* Experience with PAM automation and integration workflows.

* Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) and REST APIs.

* Professional security management certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or similar credentials.

* Knowledge of compliance frameworks such as HIPAA, PCI-DSS, and SOX.

**Tools & Technologies You'll Use:**

* Leading Privileged Access Management (PAM) platforms (e.g., CyberArk, PVWA, CPM, PSM, PTA)

* Windows/Linux Operating Systems
