We are seeking two detailoriented professionals to join a project team where you will monitor and manage a queue of failed test cases from field testers, classify and route issues to the appropriate application teams or corporate Help Desk via ServiceNow, communicate with triage team members to ensure smooth handoffs, review and clean up queue data for accuracy, collaborate with analysts who have questions about ticket routing and contents, participate in daily kickoff and wrapup meetings in the Centralized Command Center, and provide input to weekly reporting on ticket volumes and process improvements; while no specific certification is required, general application knowledge is recommended and helpdesk experience will be highly valuable for success in this role.
*Job Type & Location* This is a Contract position based out of Pittsburgh, PA. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
