This position will work a hybrid schedule which includes a combination of working both onsite at Greenwich Drive (San Diego, CA) and remote. 3 days onsite and 2 days remote. The position provides analytical, strategic and project management support to develop and achieve successful performance of partnerships, clinical affiliates and other strategic initiatives. Responsible to report, monitor, and resolve action items for multiple organizational projects concurrently and under competing timelines. The incumbent will gather quantitative and qualitative information from a variety of internal and external sources, and synthesize the data to develop reports and presentations that will effectively guide the deliberative decision-making process. This position will work closely with strategic, health system and medical group leadership. Working across multiple functions, this position will ensure all needed assets, resources, costs and deadlines are identified and managed day-to-day, to successfully meet organizational expectations and project goals of mid-level to major complex business process and/or system project requiring innovative, development of new or improved practices, procedures, techniques or systems. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Pay Transparency Act Annual Full Pay Range: $97,200 - $182,000 (will be prorated if the appointment percentage is less than 100%) Hourly Equivalent: $46.55 - $87.16 Factors in determining the appropriate compensation for a role include experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The Hiring Pay Scale referenced in the job posting is the budgeted salary or hourly range that the University reasonably expects to pay for this position. The Annual Full Pay Range may be broader than what the University anticipates to pay for this position, based on internal equity, budget, and collective bargaining agreements (when applicable).
