Position Title: Contract Coordinator

Work Location: Irvine, CA USA 92612

Assignment Duration: 3 months (possible extension)

Work Schedule / Arrangement: Hybrid (initially onsite Monday-Thursday; potential future shift to Tuesday-Thursday onsite)

Position Summary

Manage, review, negotiate, and execute a variety of company agreements, ensuring smooth processes for internal and external partners. Support team goals in a fast-paced, complex environment with sound ethical judgment and strong collaboration.

Key Responsibilities



  • Oversee the entire contract lifecycle in a contract management system
  • Independently review, draft, and approve contracts, coordinating with business and legal teams as needed
  • Ensure due diligence and compliance with policies/regulations
  • Seek process efficiencies and workflow optimization



Qualifications & Experience

  • BA or two years of undergraduate education preferred
  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience in business-related functions (e.g., purchasing, procurement, contracting, finance)
  • Experience with contract management/vendor management programs required; SAP experience is a plus
  • Strong communication, customer service, organizational, and multitasking skills
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work collaboratively in a team
