POSITION SUMMARY

A SAP Support Coordinator is responsible for accuracy and reporting of materials required to support the operations of the Florence manufacturing facility. This role works collaboratively with the Quality and Operations departments as well with several corporate contacts. Located at our Florence, Kentucky site, this role reports to the Planning and Procurement Manager and works with other Planning/ Procurement team members.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

A SAP Support Coordinator is responsible for but not limited to the following:

* Performs accurate SAP and other data entry functions

* Maintains routine paperwork and documentation

* Collaborates with Warehouse employees and other departments to coordinate workload

* Maintain a clean and safe work area in accordance with 6S guidelines.

* Work within guidelines of basic lean initiatives, while preventing waste.

* Participate in on-site lean initiatives and training.

* Support production team with necessary items.

* Support with Inventories and cycle counts as needed.

* Support quality with proper documentation records.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

* High School diploma

* At least 3 years of work experience in a manufacturing environment

* Highly Preferred

o Maintenance certification(s)

ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS

A Maintenance Technician is required to perform the following essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation:

* Follow all safety requirements including wearing the appropriate PPE (contact lenses prohibited on the production floor)

* Stands and walks the production floor for prolonged periods of time

* Performs repetitive bending and stretching throughout the shift

* Tolerates odors

* Tolerates various

* Lifts up to 50 pounds

* Strong quantitative ability and comfort with data driven decision processes

* Possesses exceptional communication and negotiation skills

* Demonstrates a high degree of coordination, planning and organizational skills

* Accommodates shifting priorities as well as excellent problem-solving skills focusing on continuous improvement

* Work on different times/ shifts based on business needs

The expected compensation range for this position is between $47,100.00 and $78,500.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience and other factors permitted by law.
