Your role Are you an energetic Key Account Manager with a strong passion for Heavy Truck & Bus Services and Fleets?
We seek a Key Account Manager dedicated to driving success within the industry.
If this describes you, seize this opportunity to make a meaningful impact-we want to connect with you. As a KAM, you will report to the Business Line Manager and collaborate closely with our Sales Team.
This remote role is based in Denver, CO; Salt Lake City, UT; Phoenix, AZ; Nevada; or New Mexico.

Specific Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Execution



  • Develop and execute a customer acquisition strategy targeting the Heavy Truck & Bus market.
  • Create and maintain a focused target account list and comprehensive sales plan.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities while expanding existing accounts.


Customer Engagement



  • Forge strong relationships with end users, distributor partners, and internal sales teams.
  • Lead engaging virtual and in-person product demonstrations, training sessions, and presentations.
  • Assess customer needs and deliver customized solutions leveraging CP's product portfolio.


Account Management



  • Map key account structures, identify decision-makers, and understand business strategies.
  • Monitor performance metrics, detect gaps, and apply corrective measures.
  • Partner with product and marketing teams to guide product development and promotional efforts.


To succeed, you will need

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (without a degree, seeking a total of 7 years of work experience in B2B Sales, OEM Aftermarket, OEM Dealer Network, and Independent Service Centers).
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B Sales, OEM Aftermarket, OEM Dealer Network, and Independent Service Centers.
  • Proven track record in sales within Heavy Truck & Bus Services and fleet management.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and analytical abilities.
  • Experience with CP Tools and CRM platforms such as Salesforce and SAP.
  • Skilled in leveraging social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter) effectively.
  • Capable of influencing stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Willingness to travel up to 40%, including international trips to Canada and Mexico as needed.

Job location This role is completely remote, so you can comfortably work from home whether you're in Denver CO, Salt Lake City UT, Phoenix AZ, Nevada, or New Mexico.
