Sr. Logistics Technician

Entegris is currently seeking a Sr. Logistic Technician to join our Warehouse team. This position will be based in our Round Rock facility.

In this role, we are looking for a detail-oriented professional to manage shipping and receiving operations including domestic and international shipments, while maintaining accurate master data in SAP. This role is critical for ensuring timely material movement, compliance with regulatory requirements, and accurate master data management. The position will work closely with the Burnet logistics team.

What You'll Do

Shipping & Receiving:

• Pull inventory corresponding with orders and perform appropriate transactions.

• Create and manage shipping documentation (e.g., Packing Lists, Commercial Invoices, Bills of Lading) and coordinate domestic and international shipments, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and documentation requirements (such as export declarations, MSDS, and customs paperwork)

• Perform quality and accuracy verification of all boxes, pallets, labels and documents on out bound shipments.

• Perform customer specific packaging, palletizing and labeling as required by pick reports.

• Inspect incoming materials for quality and quantity compliance

• Perform goods receipt and goods issue transactions in SAP.

• Perform weekly cycle counts and review root cause of variances.

Master Data Management:

• Create and maintain part numbers and material master data in SAP, ensuring compliance with company standards and chemical regulatory requirements.

• Collaborate with procurement, planning, and production teams to maintain data integrity while considering downstream impacts on procurement, inventory, and production planning.

• Ability to run reports and queries for master data analysis.

What We Seek

Qualifications:

Successful candidates will typically have the following skill set:

• High school diploma REQUIRED, or some level of secondary education preferred.

• 3 - 5 years logistics experience in a high-volume operation;

• High school diploma REQUIRED, or some level of secondary education preferred.

• Basic knowledge of domestic and international shipping methods.

• Previous experience in receipt of incoming goods.

• Easily builds cross-functional relationships with other members on the team.

• Uses sound judgment.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Knowledgeable with ERP system (SAP), Warehouse Management Systems, MS Word, and Excel a must;

• Cycle counting and inventory control methods.

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

• Experience with master data management in SAP.

• Familiarity with material handling and compliance requirements.
