What You'll Lead & Achieve



  • Manage global payroll operations and external vendor partnerships, ensuring flawless compliance and process integrity.
  • Act as the primary expert across all regions, delivering precise execution of complex payroll, taxation, benefits, and statutory reporting.
  • Partner across global teams to improve systems, eliminate manual work, enhance controls, and elevate the overall employee experience.
  • Oversee accounting entries, cash management, bank reconciliations, audit readiness, and SOX-related documentation.
  • Lead payroll implementation projects, resolve operational challenges, and foster continuous improvement.
  • Mentor and build a strong payroll team to support global expansion.


What You'll Bring



  • Bachelor's degree required (Master's preferred) in Accounting, Business, HR, or related field.
  • 9+ years of relevant experience including international payroll; minimum 2 years in people leadership preferred.
  • Expertise in global payroll operations, accounting, HR, and benefits with deep knowledge of statutory and SOX requirements.
  • Strong leadership, analytical mindset, operational precision, and exceptional communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel; Oracle Fusion ERP is a strong plus.
