About the Role

This position leads a biostatistics team and provides advanced statistical support for internally sponsored studies, real-world evidence initiatives, and external clinical research. You'll work cross-functionally to guide study design, ensure analytical rigor, and support data-driven strategies across the organization.

Key Responsibilities


  • Lead, mentor, and develop biostatistics team members.
  • Perform sample size and power calculations; generate randomization schedules.
  • Conduct exploratory and confirmatory analyses across diverse datasets.
  • Prepare statistical analysis plans and mock-ups for tables, listings, and figures.
  • Review study protocols and clinical study reports.
  • Partner with Regulatory Affairs, R&D, ADO, Marketing, and other teams to support product validation and claims.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and statistical best practices.
  • Present findings to leadership and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain SOPs and support special projects as needed.




Qualifications



  • Master's or Ph.D. in Biostatistics or Statistics.
  • 6+ years of biostatistics experience in the medical device industry.
  • Strong knowledge of statistical methodologies and clinical study design.
  • Proven experience with complex analyses and sample size estimation.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
