Key Responsibilities:



  • Advise executive leadership on strategic priorities and emerging risks
  • Lead or support enterprise strategy development, including transformation roadmaps and annual objectives
  • Translate complex data and stakeholder input into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Facilitate executive decision-making through structured frameworks and scenario planning
  • Partner across departments to ensure strategies are aligned, feasible, and measurable


What we are looking for...



  • Experience in strategy and business planning, ideally with a focus in Digital Technology
  • Familiarity with strategic frameworks (SWOT, Porter's Five Forces), transformation planning, and financial modeling
  • Strong understanding of enterprise platforms, automation, and AI/ML concepts
  • Preferred certifications: Balanced Scorecard, COSO, Six Sigma, Lean, Baldridge, or similar


The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $152,000-177,000 USD annually. Base salary range for this position is included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, and qualifications/experience.
