With direct supervision and guidance from the Supervisor/Manager, Guest Services, the Patient Experience Associate, performs various duties to ensure high-quality guest service to our patients, their families, and visitors. They greet patients and visitors as they enter the facility in a positive, professional, and courteous manner. They provide each patient/visitor with accurate directory information and when needed an escort or wheelchair transport to their destination safely. The Patient Experience Associate also provides information about YNHH services, area accommodations, and destinations. They also maintain an adequate supply of wheelchairs and ensure they are in working order and sanitized. EEO/AA/Disability/Veteran Responsibilities
Qualifications EDUCATION High school graduate or equivalent required. EXPERIENCE Minimum of 1 year of experience providing exemplary service and interacting with the public in a customer service capacity. SPECIAL SKILLS Knowledge of proper wheelchair use is preferred. PHYSICAL DEMAND Ability to lift 40 lbs. and utilize proper body mechanics in moving and lifting patients and files. YNHHS Requisition ID 158631 | |
