Position Summary: The Assistant Vice President, Strategic HR Business Partner, serves as a senior HR leader responsible for both the strategic and operational delivery of Human Resources services across the corporate services division, which includes but is not limited to enterprise service lines and a total workforce of 6,000+ employees, This individual leads in a dual role: managing day-to-day HR operations and serving as a core member enterprise-wide teams responsible for shaping system initiatives advancing the employee experience, The AVP is a trusted advisor to senior leadership, a driver of organizational performance, a strategic thought partner driving HR excellence and a champion of culture, values, and engagement.
