Security Officer - Command Center

As a Security Officer - Command Center in Los Angeles, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Dispatch professional with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a visible presence. Your role includes conducting routine patrols, delivering outstanding customer service, and communicating clearly with both team members and visitors. What You'll Do:

• Monitor and coordinate communications for security-related incidents and activities at the location using dispatch systems and technology.
• Receive, document, and relay information between security-related personnel and site management as required.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, dispatching appropriate personnel as needed.
• Maintain detailed records and logs of all calls, incidents, and responses in accordance with site-specific policies.
• Assist with the implementation of emergency response procedures by alerting and directing on-site personnel and/or first responders.
• Provide customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns from building occupants and/or visitors, following established protocols.
• Support site-specific security-related procedures and policies as directed by Allied Universal and location management.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.
• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• Supervisory experience is required.
• Proof of high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
