Lead L&D Program Manager, EHS&S
is the key learning partner for environmental health, safety, and sustainability initiatives across our Normal, IL manufacturing plant. You'll drive scalable, high-impact training programs that improve frontline safety behaviors, enhance compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations, and embed a proactive safety culture. This role blends strategic program design with hands-on facilitation, partnering closely with shop leadership and EHS&S subject matter experts to ensure safety excellence across Battery, Plastics, Paint, GA, and beyond.

Pay Disclosure Salary Range for Normal, IL-based applicants: $125,800 - $157,200 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law.
