Starting pay: $26.33 - $32.91

Qualifications



  • Two-year degree or relevant IT certification with at least one year of proven work experience supporting IT systems
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to evaluate, learn, and become proficient with new software and technologies quickly
  • Advanced troubleshooting skills for application and hardware analysis
  • Experience with Active Directory or other domain-based environments
  • Experience with Service Desk ticketing and knowledge base systems
  • Experience with IT security concepts and access controls
  • Technical certifications preferred


Job Responsibilities



  • Provides technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues, including Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, telecom and other business applications.
  • Troubleshoots and resolves connectivity issues for wired and wireless networks.
  • Performs break/fix repairs for PCs, peripheral devices, telecom and other IT hardware.
  • Documents, tracks, and resolves support requests using the Service Desk ticketing system.
  • Performs software and firmware patching, updates, and system maintenance.
  • Uses automation, encryption, security, and inventory tools to maintain system health and compliance.
  • Creates and maintains documentation of system configurations, processes, and environmental changes.
  • Deploys, configures, and maintains workstations, peripherals, and other equipment, including during moves, upgrades, construction and remodels.
  • Assesses and recommends new software and hardware for organizational use.
  • Supports end users in branch clinics and remote locations, providing on-site assistance as needed.
  • Maintains professional communication, excellent customer service, and effective public relations in all interactions.
  • Prioritizes and manages workload independently in a fast-paced environment, applying an analytical approach to problem solving.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
