Acara Solutions has been providing our staffing services to advanced manufacturing firms nationally for over 65 years. Our semiconductor client in the Phoenix region is looking for a semiconductor marketing expert with amplifier experience. This Product Line Marketing Senior Manager position has a target base salary of $195K (flexible) with lucrative bonuses and stock options. Relocation assistance is available for candidates outside of the Phoenix region. This is an onsite position.
Amplifier product line marketing experience is required.
We are seeking a strategic and innovative marketing leader to drive the success of our Amplifier product line from concept through market launch. This high-impact role offers the opportunity to shape product strategy, define market positioning, and lead initiatives that directly influence revenue growth and market leadership. This position works with 5 people across leadership (very exciting team) and has a strong potential for a big bottom line impact. There are no reports to this position.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams-including Technology Development, Design, Applications, and Marketing to transform cutting-edge ideas into profitable, industry-leading solutions. Expect regular engagement with customers and industry events to gain deep insights into market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.
  • Define the future of our amplifier solutions by guiding product innovation and market strategy.
  • Drive measurable business outcomes, including revenue growth and market share expansion.
  • Shape customer experiences through solutions that meet evolving industry demands.
Responsibilities:
  • Own and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate across product line and internal teams at a technical level while maintaining a strong commercial and strategic focus.
  • Present amplifier strategy to internal stakeholders and senior management.
  • Define new products including product requirements, business cases, and competitive analysis.
  • Analyze market trends and reports to identify growth opportunities.
  • Support Sales, FAEs, and Marketing with technical and strategic guidance.
  • Work with field teams to pursue Design-In and Design-Win opportunities, including RFIs/RFQs and pricing strategies to close deals.
  • Work closely with Designers and Application Engineers to ensure target specifications are met.
  • Engage customers and field teams to gather market and customer requirements.
  • Manage core product aspects throughout the lifecycle, including applications, value proposition, pricing, and market opportunity.
  • Collaborate with Strategic Marketing and Go-to-Market teams to align outbound marketing and sales tools with product business plans.
  • Operate in a global role with domestic and international travel.
Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
Min 4 years of experience supporting an amplifier product line.
Min 4 years of marketing experience within the semiconductor industry with strong knowledge of analog semiconductors, topologies, and systems in industrial and automotive applications. Also including:
  • Proactive, self-starter with high energy and a results-driven mindset.
  • Solid technical expertise combined with a strong commercial focus.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally, demonstrating strategic thinking, systems thinking, negotiation, and collaboration skills.
  • Skilled at navigating global business environments and diverse cultures with tact and professionalism.
  • Ability to develop business cases and interpret market dynamics.
  • Experience in strategic marketing and market positioning.
  • Outstanding presentation and communication skills.
  • Highly customer-focused with a passion for delivering value.
