Overview

We are seeking a Senior Analyst to support our pricing strategy and analytics team with rigorous data analysis, financial modeling, competitive analysis, and reporting. You will work closely with the pricing, finance, and analytics teams to deliver actionable insights.The ideal candidate is passionate about analytics informed decision making and has a strong desire to learn and grow.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Execute data queries and maintain data pipelines to support the daily analytical needs of the pricing function.

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports (using tools like Power BI or Tableau) that provide actionable insights for business partners.

• Collaborate with pricing managers and data scientists to understand data requirements and assist in delivering technical solutions.

• Assist in data governance by ensuring datasets used for analysis are accurate, reliable, and secure.

• Support financial analysis such as margin analysis, variance analysis, and revenue forecasting to model the financial impact of proposed pricing changes.

• Support competitive pricing, product, and promotion analysis to identify market opportunities and threats.

• Analyze pricing tests across the lifecycle to drive customer acquisition and retention in a recurring revenue industry.

• Assist in the development and maintenance of data-driven pricing models and analytical tools using programming languages (Python/R)

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related technical field required.

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or financial planning and analysis (FP&A).

• Experience in a recurring revenue business is a strong plus.

Base Pay Range $92,700 - $120,500/ year

While starting pay falls within the given range, it can vary based on factors like geographic location, skills, education, and experience. Total earnings may also be affected by overtime, incentives, commissions, performance, and route assignment (where applicable).
