Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Take inventory of intercompany loan balances in Kyriba, ensuring all outstanding loans are accurately reflected in the Treasury Management System (TMS).





    • Update loan terms in Kyriba, including maturities, interest rates, and other key details in accordance with company policies and risk ratings.
    • Add new intercompany loans to Kyriba and ensure all related documentation is complete and properly filed.
    • Review and update intercompany loan agreements to reflect current terms, including extensions of maturities and adjustments to interest rates based on entity risk ratings.
    • Identify intercompany balances that are eligible or appropriate for repayment and make recommendations accordingly.
    • If time allows, assist in revamping the intercompany dividend process to improve accuracy and efficiency.
    • Review existing letters of credit for reporting accuracy, identify potential issues, and recommend solutions.
    • Work with Treasury Workstation support to ensure accuracy of system calculations and reports.
    • Perform in-depth financial analysis to evaluate the cost/benefit of new treasury initiatives.
    • Document existing business processes and recommend best practice improvements.
    • Support special projects as needed.



Keys to Success

  • Detail-oriented and flexible team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and interact professionally with key stakeholders.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel-based financial modeling.
  • Demonstrated business acumen and analytical skills.
  • Ability to learn and navigate treasury management systems.

Requirements and Preferred Skills


  • Must be a full-time undergraduate or graduate student working toward a Bachelor's degree in Business or an MBA, with a preference for Finance, Accounting, Economics, and/or Business Analytics.



  • Interest in gaining hands-on experience in loan contracts, interest rate analysis, entity risk assessment, treasury systems management, foreign exchange, and cross-department collaboration.


  • Excited to work in the office with great teammates.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

PAY & BENEFITS
