Responsibilities What do I do as an Arrival Ambassador? The Arrival Ambassador delivers a memorable arrival experience for hotel guests and members, while ensuring that service standards are met or exceeded by the doormen and valet on the front drive, and by the front office team. The Arrival Ambassador is not a manager; however they will be able to contact the valet MOD and Front Office MOD if a problem is brought to their attention. When issues are not urgent, they will report information to the appropriate manager and provide the facts of the matter. The Arrival Ambassador plays an integral part of the warm welcome and fond farewell process by greeting all guests and members. This individual will be the first impression for all guests entering the main lobby and will be required to greet all guests with a warm arrival and provide directions or answer any questions. Standard Specifications: Individual will remain in proper post position at all times. Individual will be attentive and deliver aggressive hospitality to all resort guests, members and coworkers. Individual will perform in a professional manner at all times. Individual will observe all safety rules and regulations. Essential Job Functions:
