How you'll make an impact:

As a Senior Product Manager at SiriusXM Connect, you will play a key role in supporting the development and delivery of product features and enhancements across one of our core swim lanes - whether in enterprise platforms, contact center & marketing tools, or innovation & growth initiatives. This role will partner closely with cross-functional teams including business, engineering, QA, and design to translate product goals into actionable stories and deliverables. You will help drive the execution of key product initiatives that improve customer experience, support operational needs, and align with the broader product roadmap.

Your contributions will support:

  • Improved customer experiences by helping define and refine features that reduce friction and improve performance.

  • Operational support and product quality by ensuring team alignment and backlog health.

  • Cross-functional collaboration that enhances transparency, alignment, and execution speed.

  • Iterative delivery of product roadmap items by helping prioritize work and track progress through agile rituals.

What you'll do:

  • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business, marketing, engineering, and other internal stakeholders to gather, clarify, and document product requirements. Ensure business goals are clearly translated into actionable technical work.

  • Backlog Management: Support the creation, refinement, and prioritization of the product backlog in Jira (or similar tools), ensuring user stories are well-defined, estimated, and aligned to sprint goals.

  • Sprint Planning & Management: Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives. Coordinate closely with engineering leads to track progress, remove blockers, and ensure timely delivery.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with partners across UX, engineering, QA, and business to align on goals, clarify dependencies, and ensure shared understanding of scope and expectations.

  • Execution Support: Help drive execution of product initiatives by managing task readiness, timelines, and delivery checkpoints in coordination with team leads and PMs.

  • Stakeholder Communication: Provide clear and timely updates to stakeholders on delivery status, risks, and trade-offs. Adjust plans based on evolving priorities and organizational needs.

  • Data-informed Decision-Making: Leverage product data, feedback, and stakeholder input to inform prioritization and improve product outcomes over time.

  • Product Launch Support: Support cross-functional coordination during feature rollouts. Monitor launch success, gather feedback, and contribute to post-launch follow-up.

  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve team operations, product quality, and stakeholder alignment. Participate in retrospectives and follow through on agreed actions.

What you'll need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, product ownership, or business systems analysis within a cross-functional Agile environment.

  • Experience working with web or mobile applications, cloud-based services, and third-party integrations.

  • Preferred:

    • Experience working within automotive or OEM environments is a plus.

    • Familiarity with identity and access management concepts (OAuth2, token-based authentication) is a plus.

  • Soft Skills:

    • Strong organizational and prioritization skills.

    • Comfortable collaborating with diverse teams and navigating multiple stakeholder inputs.

    • Clear communication style, both verbal and written.

    • Willingness to take direction and follow through while also contributing independently.

  • Must have the legal right to work in the U.S.
