We are looking for a Reporting System Solution Architect to design, develop and implement Business Intelligence systems solutions involving data warehousing, data engineering and reporting platform that will meet business analytical needs and to support business growth with AI features. The Solution Architect's responsibilities include analyzing requirements and functional specifications, working closely with the BI Team Lead and developers, as well as utilizing Tableau Cloud, SFDC, Oracle Fusion ERP Analytics, Oracle ADW, SFDC Data Cloud, AWS, various Datawarehouses, ETL, and Visualization tools to design efficient and executable solutions. The solution should provide roadmaps for the organization to transform from current reporting systems to future state system architecture. The solution should also consider data sources coming from multiple transactional systems within multi-cloud environment while utilizing latest AI technology. This person should also be able to regularly update the Business and IT Leadership team as well as business counterparts on reporting development progress and deliverables.

To be successful as a solution architect, this person should be able to integrate any updated specifications and requirements into the systems requirements and clearly articulate to the developers as well as manage expectations from the business users. An outstanding solution architect should be able to explain complex problems to management in layman's terms.

Solution Architect Responsibilities:

  • Building a reporting and data warehousing strategy for all related information systems to meet the company's needs.
  • Assessing the systems architecture currently in place and working with technical team to design a road map that leads to future state architecture, which includes solutions for interim transition period.
  • Work closely with business users to turn business requirements into technical SPEC.
  • Communicate effectively with development teams including data integration and report development.
  • Continually researching current and emerging technologies (focus on AI features) and proposing changes where needed.
  • Manage stakeholders' expectation
  • Assessing the business impact for prioritization
  • Providing updates to stakeholders on product development processes, costs, and budgets.

Solution Architect Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, software engineering, computer science, data science Artificial Intelligence or related field.
  • Finance education/work experience strongly preferred
  • Proven experience in reporting, data warehousing and AI feature development.
  • At least 2 previous project and 6 years of experience involving Tableau Cloud, SFDC Data Cloud design experience
  • Knowledge of Oracle Fusion ERP, Oracle Integration Cloud, Oracle ADW/FAW, BI Publisher a strong plus.
  • Tableau Cloud data flow integration implementation experience would be strongly preferred.
  • Efficient communication skills with strong organizational and leadership skills.

Pay Transparency:

The base pay actually offered to the successful candidate will take into account, without limitation, the candidate's location, education, job-knowledge, skills, and experience in prior relevant roles. Incentives may also be provided as part of Haemonetics' employee compensation. For sales roles, employees will be eligible for sales incentive (i.e., commission) under the applicable plan terms. For non-sales roles, employees will be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, the target amount of which varies based on the applicable role, to be governed by the applicable plan terms. Employees may also be eligible to participate in the Company's long-term incentive plan, with eligibility and target amount dependent on the role.

In addition to compensation, the Company offers a competitive suite of benefits to its employees, including without limitation, a 401(k) with up to a 6% employer match and no vesting period, an employee stock purchase plan, "flexible time off" for salaried employees and, for hourly employees, accrual of three to five weeks' vacation annually (based on tenure), accrual of up to 64 hours (annually) of paid sick time, paid and/or floating holidays, parental leave, short- and long-term disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, and/or health and welfare benefits.

The base salary range for this role is:

$101,074.94-$136,586.75/Annual
