Shift: Rotating 2 - 2 - 3 Schedule | 6 AM - 6 PM

As an Ink Room Helper in Rogers, you'll be part of the team that keeps production flowing. You'll load materials, check quality, and help meet daily goals. Bring a good attitude and a strong work ethic, and we'll handle the rest.

The Tools for the Trade

• High school diploma or GED
• 2 years of manufacturing experience
• You've worked in production, or you're quick to learn
• Lift and stack safely - up to 35 lbs.
• Bring focus, pride, and a solid work ethic

What You'll Do

• Need to be able to work in a solvent ink environment
• Routine lifting of 35-pound buckets
• Be able to read and understand a production schedule
• Use solvent to clean buckets, lids, and other ink room-related items
• Clean press machine parts
• Load ink carts with press ink and bring them to the correct line
