Cloud DevOps Intern

OneStream is seeking motivated candidates for its 2026 internship program. Interns will gain hands-on experience, collaborate with professionals, and work on impactful projects in a fast-paced environment. Our internship is intended for rising seniors and graduate students enrolled in a degree-seeking program, with graduation expected after the internship program concludes. The Cloud Development team develops internal applications primarily used by our Support, Operations, and Compliance teams within OneStream. These applications are focused on automating infrastructure management on the Azure platform, customer requests, customer notifications, compliance auditing, and availability monitoring of our SaaS platform. We primarily work using C# / .NET and host our applications using Azure Functions. During this internship you will have the opportunity to learn about cloud focused development and will contribute to a solution that helps improve customer experience, help ease the pressure placed on our Customer Support team and improve the overall stability and integrity of our SaaS platform. The ideal candidate will have some exposure to C# / .NET development with a passion for learning and a desire to see how your contributions directly help both your co-workers and the organization.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities




  • Assist in deploying customer environments using automation tools.

  • Support automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency.

  • Review alerting systems, perform root cause analysis, and identify trends.

  • Participate in incident resolution and escalation processes.

  • Assist with provisioning new builds and resizing requests under supervision.

  • Update and maintain technical documentation, workflows, and knowledge base articles.

  • Engage in cross-functional projects, including migrations, upgrades, and cost optimization initiatives.


Required Education and Experience




  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's or graduate-level degree in a relevant field of study, such as computer science, computer engineering, information technology or a related discipline.

  • Minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher.

  • Undergraduate students preferred (graduating between Winter 2026 and Spring 2027).

  • Prior internship experience is beneficial but not required.


Preferred Education and Experience




  • Exposure to cloud computing fundamentals and relevant cloud service providers (Azure, AWS, GCP).

  • Basic understanding of networking and operating systems.

  • Foundational understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

  • Scripting and automation basics.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities




  • Ability to communicate effectively when presenting solutions and to deliver technical documentation for enablement.

  • Familiarity with scripting (Python, Bash, or PowerShell) and Infrastructure as Code concepts and DevOps practices.

  • Knowledge of monitoring tools and troubleshooting techniques.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Familiarity with Git and branching strategies.

  • Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) concepts and tools (Terraform, Azure DevOps, etc).
