Here is how the Facilities Construction Supervisor role will impact our business:

Direct, organize and schedule the daily operations of your group, ensuring that production goals, financial targets, and schedules are being met. Promote a culture that emphasizes compliance with safety and environmental standards, ensuring a safe and incident free workplace for employees, contractors, and the community. Evaluate, retain, and motivate human capital to ensure optimal district performance, by establishing and measuring against performance goals.

The Facilities Construction Supervisor responsibilities include but arenot limited to:



  • Managing a group of Coordinators, resulting in a clear plan for the direction and processes of the team. the implementation of remedial steps at earliest indication of performance deficiencies.
  • Overseeing Capital, Maintenance, and LOE projects, Focusing on Water Facilities.
  • Approve expenditures against AFE'd projects and execute capital projects in accordance with design and procedures. Approve invoices and review discrepancies.
  • Direct your group focusing on achieving cost and schedule targets.
  • Procure materials in a credible manner to support projects.
  • When necessary, liaison with state and federal regulatory agencies on district-specific regulatory matters.
  • Hire, retain and motivate human resources, including contract resources to achieve district-operating objectives.
  • Monitor performance of employees and/or contractors, providing necessary feedback for improvement.
  • Direct initiatives related to the improvement of safety and compliance activities necessary for optimal group performance.
  • Establish standards and audit performance against standards to ensure compliance.


Required Experience and Skills:



  • 6-8 years of experience in a related field or industry.
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Knowledge of Field and Construction Operations, including the management of operating and capital budgets.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to compile, check, and record information.
  • Knowledge of software packages such as Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, Maximo, Aires, FDM, Other Internal Applications.
  • Computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Ability to analyze data where the objective is to identify problems and issues.
  • Ability to analyze data where the objective is to supply information to others who will use it to develop recommendations and alternatives.


Selected incumbent will be placed into the position that best suits their abilities and experience level.
