Producing a variety of reporting for general and leadership level consumption. Responsible for reporting and project management of jobs, to ensure they are on schedule and within budget throughout the installation process. Creation of budget to actual variance reporting for all network projects, including overall Managed budget summary reporting. Understanding of industry and Uniti engineering processes, procedures, and standards. Analyze database records, Circuit Layout Reports, and equipment records to determine and verify existing equipment, configurations, and capacities. What You'll Do: Reporting the progress of network projects Maintaining network data used for mapping, quoting, and trending analysis Work with Equipment management systems (EMS) to mine data for general reporting and visibility Consistently manage and close tasks accurately and within required time frame In some cases, you may create Job packages which include technical instruction and method of procedures to provide to the installation group for installation of new equipment Create and maintain inside plant site documentation You will report to the Director - Engineering Qualifications: Experience in fiber optic network systems Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, good organization and documentation skills, project management, technical writing skills, and intermediate skills with MS Office Suit Ability to manage high volume of projects ensuring all project goals and limits are met on all assigned projects Ability to organize multiple tasks and priorities Self-motivated, self-disciplined and possess interpersonal and team skills Even Better: Understanding of general coding (SQL/Python) The ability to create Tableau and Power Bi dashboards or willingness to learn Minimum Requirements: Above average analytical skills, the ability to prioritize projects, good oral and written communication skills, and good interpersonal skills Analytical problem solving, Hardworking, Energetic, and Team Player The starting compensation range for this job is $63,400 to $103,00 annually. _________________________________________________________ Our Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance Plans 401K Plan Health & Flexible Savings Account Life and AD&D, Spousal Life, Child Life Insurance Plans Educational Assistance Plan Uniti is an equal opportunity employer.
