Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work ON-SITE with our client in Palm Bay, FL. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

  • Responsible for performing inspections, tests, and audits of purchased parts, units, materials, equipment, panel/module level assemblies, and quality control programs to specifications.
  • Interprets manufacturing drawings, diagrams, specifications, and lists to approve or reject units, test setups, or systems for in-process or final assemblies.
  • Reworks defective or malfunctioning units or systems.
  • Maintains support documentation and performs sampling and testing of incoming components, raw materials, and the build of assemblies.
  • Reviews and reports performance data.
  • Ensures that raw materials, in-process products, and finished products meet company and test standards.
  • Determines or assists in determining methods and procedures necessary for inspection.
  • Interface with customer quality representatives or suppliers.
  • Developing support for individual contributors.
  • Works under general supervision.
  • Work is less structured within identified boundaries and procedures.
  • Identifies problems and issues in straightforward situations.
  • Less detailed instructions are provided, and moderate peer review is needed.
  • Communicates with contacts typically within the department on matters that involve obtaining or providing information, which requires explanation or interpretation to understand and reach an agreement.
  • Follows established processes to complete tasks.
  • Escalates issues to the supervisor for resolution.
  • Works to achieve operational targets within the job area, which has some impact on the overall achievement of results for the team.
  • Work is somewhat limited in scope, typically on smaller, less structured task-related activities.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 / hour.

Hours: 9/80 hrs/Week.

Length: Temp to Perm (12 months).

Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED with 4 years of experience.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in interpreting manufacturing drawings.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Diagrams, specifications, and lists to approve or reject units, test setups, or systems for in-process or final assemblies.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Microsoft Office.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Document inspections and delivering reports to their supervisors, and items are returned to the department for corrections or repairs.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Associate Degree with 2 years of experience.
  • Knowledge of the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) internal to the client.
  • Ability to work in a team.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Need to be very detail-oriented.
