  • Implement distributed training/inference and other scaling approaches for large datasets
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering Team leads, Technical Product Leads, team members and stakeholders
  • Ensure ML solutions meet security, privacy, and compliance guidelines.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field

  • Experience deploying ML systems in AWS or Azure cloud environments.
  • Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with Linux
  • Ability to quickly learn new ML domains, including OCR/IDP as needed.
  • Excellent communication skills and comfort collaborating across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Ability to work effectively in remote and cross-functional environments.

  • Ability to meet deadlines and produce quality work.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite software including Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.
