IT - UX Designer

**About the Opportunity**

You will deliver designs grounded in user experience research, adhering to accessibility standards (WCAG), and crafted with an inclusive mindset using modern tools and trends. You'll engage with every stage of the design process, from initial research to final deliverables, collaborating with fellow designers and researchers to develop new features and enhance multiple products. Your deep understanding of user needs and information hierarchy will be crucial in this impactful role.

**What You'll Do**

* Deliver end-to-end product experiences, focusing on user flows, site maps, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.

* Drive design direction that is strongly aligned with user research insights.

* Proactively identify opportunities for design and process improvements, and lead their implementation.

* Communicate effectively with product teams and stakeholders, building strong relationships, understanding their vision, and presenting creative ideas and solutions.

* Foster a highly collaborative design process with product owners, designers, researchers, and tech partners to produce outstanding deliverables.

* Actively leverage and contribute to our client's comprehensive design system and component library.

* Champion the benefits of user experience design, educating other teams on its value and impact.

**Must-Have Qualifications**

* 3-5 years of proven experience as a user experience designer.

* A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

* Demonstrable expertise in UX design methods, best practices, deliverables, and industry-standard tools.

* A strong understanding of usability principles and techniques.

* Experience leveraging qualitative and quantitative data to inform user flows and interactive patterns.

* Knowledge and experience with accessibility (A11y) guidelines.

* Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels.

* A strong portfolio showcasing your skills and experience in UX/UI design.

* Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, and/or Adobe Creative Suite.

* A collaborative team player attitude, coupled with an openness and desire to learn, develop, and approach challenges with a problem-solving mindset.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications**

* Experience with CRM platforms.
