What to Expect
The Charging Onboarding Specialist operates within the North America & EMEA Charging Operations team. This role is responsible for onboarding landlords and Charging Sales customers to our self-serve Charging Portal. The individual will work closely with internal stakeholders on Operations & IT and with site hosts (landlords & Charging sales customers). They will be directly responsible for onboarding new site hosts into the portal, supporting with questions and providing feedback to Operations & IT on product improvements.
What You'll Do
- Guide landlords and Charging Sales customers through the process of joining the Charging portal, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience
- Address questions and concerns, offering timely responses and solutions to enhance their portal usage and satisfaction
- Monitor the progress of site host adoption rates and propose ideas to increase onboarding numbers and engagement
- Collect and communicate feedback to Operations and IT teams to drive product enhancements and improve overall functionality of the Charging Portal
What You'll Bring
- Associates or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study, or equivalent experience
- Previous experience working with customer support related field
- Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word
- Focused and task-oriented, while maintaining a flexible attitude towards critical tasks
- Strong communicator with the ability to relay information across multiple stakeholders efficiently and effectively
- Impeccable attention to detail and an eye for efficiency when managing a high volume of accounts
- Proficiency in multiple languages is beneficial but not essential for this role

Expected Compensation
- Associate Project Mgr - $61,200 - $91,800/annual salary
- Project Mgr - $72,000 - $108,000/annual salary
- Sr Project Mgr - $90,000 - $135,000/annual salary
- Staff Project Mgr - $111,600 - $167,400/annual salary
- Sr Staff Project Mgr - $133,200 - $199,800/annual salary
- Principal Program Mgr - $151,200 - $226,800/annual salary

Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
