Your work experiences with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and DevSecOps/DevOps are required to successfully deliver desired outcomes. Prior experience in Business or IT Frontline Support roles are required to gain quick understanding of issues and relevant solutions to remedy issues. Your passion to address ambiguities and challenges will continually drive operational excellence to higher levels and use sophisticated technologies to deliver substantial benefits. Your analytical skills and propensity to use qualitative and quantitative data will generate high yielding benefits to Cisco. Your confirmed negotiation and collaboration skills are important in securing excellent partnerships with Partners. Your ImpactSystems Operations needs a Business Operations Manager who can blend Business and Technical perspectives to lead our Incident Management Teams and drive Continuous Improvements to ensure Services and Logistics (S&L) ability to satisfy Service Level Agreements. You will host Quarterly Business Reviews to demonstrate to S&L and IT Leaderships the performances of the overall Support Teams consisted of Systems Operations, Scrum Teams, and IT Support. Hosts Weekly Operations Meetings to review Metrics and Key Performance Indicators. You will collaborate with different Cisco Teams to identify, assess, socialize, and implement continuous improvements with appropriate success metrics. This job role offers breadth of opportunities because of the many applications and technologies supported by Systems Operations. This role is integral to the B2B Alert Sync and Smart Resolve Artificial Intelligence (AI) initiatives from the Systems Operations Team, which aim to: * Drive resolution of system issues with minimal human intervention. * 7+year's experience in Business Operations or/and IT and Vendor Management. * Experience in Oracle, PL/SQL, Java/J2EE and B2B. For non-sales roles, employees are also eligible to earn annual bonuses subject to Cisco's policies. Employees on sales plans earn performance-based incentive pay on top of their base salary, which is split between quota and non-quota components, subject to the applicable Cisco plan. For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay 0% up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid. The applicable full salary ranges for this position, by specific state, are listed below: New York City Metro Area: $132,300.00 - $200,100.00Non-Metro New York state & Washington state: $117,300.00 - $219,300.00* For quota-based sales roles on Cisco's sales plan, the ranges provided in this posting include base pay and sales target incentive compensation combined. ** Employees in Illinois, whether exempt or non-exempt, will participate in a unique time off program to meet local requirements. | |
