Position: Senior Functional Analyst (Job Code 87304)

Duties: Analyze and improve business processes supported by enterprise systems, with a focus on SAP S/4HANA Order-to-Cash (OTC), Sales & Distribution (SD), and Materials Management (MM) processes. Gather and document business requirements, perform gap analysis, design functional solutions, and support SAP system configuration and enhancements. Lead or contribute to full lifecycle SAP implementations and global rollouts, including testing, cutover planning, and post-go-live support. Collaborate with cross-functional business and IT teams across regions to develop scalable and sustainable SAP solutions aligned with evolving business needs. Monitor project progress, track and resolve issues, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders. Develop and maintain functional documentation, user guides, and training materials; deliver end-user training as needed. Continuously evaluate existing system processes and recommend improvements based on best practices and emerging technologies. Maintain professional and technical knowledge through ongoing learning and participation in SAP and industry forums.

Education Required: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Information Technology, Engineering, Life Sciences (e.g., Biotechnology), or related field

Experience Required: 3 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Consultant (Business Analyst), SAP Functional Consultant, or related occupation

Special Requirements: Must have at least 3 years of prior work experience in each of the following:



  1. Business analysis and functional specification development for ERP systems, including SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) and Materials Management (MM) modules.
  2. Configuration and support of SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC 6.0 platform in SD and MM modules.
  3. Gathering business requirements and performing gap analysis for Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes.
  4. Participating in at least one full lifecycle SAP implementation, rollout, or major upgrade.
  5. Collaborating with cross-functional business and IT teams, including external partners and global stakeholders, to design or implement SAP solutions.
  6. Preparing user documentation, training materials, and delivering end-user training sessions for SAP applications.
  7. Supporting project execution activities, including project tracking, issue resolution, cutover activities, and post-go-live support.


Salary: $174,304 - $200,000 per year
