Product UX Writer This is a 12-month, full-time (40 hours/week), hybrid contract role located in Cupertino, CA. Summary In this role, you will craft clear, consistent, user-focused content that improves how businesses engage with our tools and services. As part of the services design organization, you'll help shape experiences for both enterprise and small business customers, ensuring copy aligns with user needs, product goals, and cross-functional team objectives. Job Description In this role, you will create copy within established tone and design systems to support new and existing product features. You'll partner with design, product, engineering, and marketing teams to align customer goals, business requirements, and brand values. This includes developing naming, product flows, interface language, and educational content across several projects at once. You will also refine existing content, gather and address feedback, and contribute to improving the performance and clarity of our UI content-supporting the broader team's success and the overall customer experience. Education and Experience A bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent experience) is preferred. Candidates with backgrounds in UX, product design, content strategy, or digital communications are encouraged to apply. Experience working within structured design systems or large-scale product environments is a plus. Additional Requirements This opportunity is located in Cupertino, CA and requires hybrid on-site work. The pay for this W-2 position is $95.81 per hour.
