Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Coordinator - Recruiting, Inclusion & Diversity to join our Human Resources team. This role supports firmwide entry-level recruiting including law clerks, summer associates, and entry-level attorneys, while also serving as a key operator behind the scenes for data, reporting, systems, and vendor coordination. Reporting to the Managers of Recruiting, Inclusion & Diversity, this position is ideal for someone with excellent client service and communication skills, who also loves logistics, thrives in fast-paced recruiting cycles, and enjoys building polished systems, spreadsheets, dashboards, and processes that keep our programs running smoothly. This is a hybrid position working three days from home and two days onsite per week, with additional onsite presence as needed during high-volume summer and fall recruiting cycles.
