This position will support the University of Arizona Global Campus (UAGC).

This position plays a key role in ensuring that Salesforce effectively supports institutional operations across Enrollment Management, Student Services, and other student-facing departments. Working under the guidance of the Senior Salesforce Administrator and Director of CRM & Digital Experience, this role provides hands-on technical support, assists in system configuration, and helps optimize user experience and data integrity. The role offers opportunities to participate in CRM features rollouts, release testing, and data migration efforts while building foundational Salesforce expertise. The CRM & Digital Experience team fosters a collaborative, value-driven and growth-oriented culture. We work cross-functionally to create unified digital experiences that empower staff and improve student engagement throughout the academic journey. Team members are encouraged to pursue Salesforce certifications, explore innovation through trailblazing solutions, and bring forward creative ideas that enhance efficiency and service delivery.
