The School of Government & Public Policy at the University of Arizona seeks Limited Term Adjunct Instructors (part-time, non-tenure eligible, non-benefits eligible) for the Spring 2026 semester at the Main Campus in Tucson, AZ. Specifically, courses to be taught are PA 419: Terrorism and Counterterrorism, PA 596S: Systems Leadership. All courses needing instruction are held in-person unless otherwise noted. The School of Government & Public Policy (SGPP) was formed in 2009 by combining two highly ranked programs - political science and public administration and policy - bringing them under a single roof. Located in the College of Social & Behavioral Sciences, SGPP is one of the largest schools at the University of Arizona and is uniquely situated to serve as a new model for public affairs education by promoting high-caliber research, teaching, community outreach, and civic leadership. - Instruction for graduate students in the Master of
Public Administration and Master of Public Policy programs. - Hold office hours.
- Plan class lectures and assignments.
- Grade papers and exams.
- Assign projects.

| Minimum Qualifications |
- Master's
degree with at least 5 years of professional experience in related subject relevant to class assignment.

- PhD in Political Science, Public Policy, or related subject relevant to class assignment.

In compliance with the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act (Clery Act), each year the University of Arizona releases an Annual Security Report (ASR) for each of the University's campuses.Thesereports disclose information including Clery crime statistics for the previous three calendar years and policies, procedures, and programs the University uses to keep students and employees safe, including how to report crimes or other emergencies and resources for crime victims.
