Starkey is adding an Data Entry Operator to join the manufacturing team at its global headquarters in Eden Prairie, MN. Join our manufacturing team and help process patient orders that support life-changing hearing solutions. You'll open order forms, accurately enter production data, and work closely with a collaborative team. This role requires strong attention to detail, 10-key proficiency, and comfort sitting for much of the day. Hours are Monday - Friday, 7am - 3:30pm. A full benefits package, including 4 weeks of PTO.

Responsibilities
- Ensure custom hearing aid orders are entered accurately
- Design customer hearing aid orders
- Process New Orders, Remakes, and Lost and Damaged Orders.
- Order Standard Products and Accessories as needed.
- Cross-train on Order Processor functions
- Perform order processing
- Stay current on Starkey Products, Software, and Processes
- Support production/customer service requests
- Results - Performance Measures (How to Measure Success)
- Accuracy
- Time management
- Customer feedback
Other Duties
- Support Corporate Health and Safety Objectives.
- Work with immediate manager to address issues, opportunities and concerns.
- Provide ideas, support and assistance for continuous improvement activities.
- Support colleagues and other departments to deliver great customer service.
- React to change productively and handle other essential duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Education:
High school degree or equivalent required
Experience:
Experience working with hearing aids very helpful
Knowledge
- Knowledge of Starkey circuits desirable
- Knowledge of computers required
Skills & Abilities
- Ability to accurately read audiograms required
- Good hand-eye coordination required
- Good manual dexterity required.
- Excellent attention to detail required
- Ability to differentiate colors required
- Ability to type 30 WPM preferred
Salary and Other Compensation:
The target rate for this position is between $21.47/hr to $24.89/hr. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
