Preceptor Home Health & Hospice is growing! Are you a REGISTERED NURSE (RN) interested in working 2 days per week and getting paid for 5 days and receiving full-time benefits? Work 24 hours per weekend--12 hours every Saturday and 12 hours every Sunday--and get paid for 36 hours!! We are currently in need of a weekend Hospice Baylor Registered Nurse position to cover our Central Wisconsin territories: Fond du Lac, Washington, and Ozaukee Counties. As a Hospice Baylor RN, job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Admitting new clients to our services Performing routine nursing visits Providing wound care Setting up and reconciling medications Providing catheter care Experience Requirements: Two years of clinical experience. License Requirements: Current Wisconsin RN licensure and two years of clinical experience. Current driver's license, valid vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle. Position Details: Location: Fond du Lac, Washington, and Ozaukee Counties Schedule: Saturday and Sunday, 7:30 AM to 7:30 PM Compensation: Negotiable based on experience.
