SIGN-ON BONUS OFFERED!!! Preceptor Home Health & Hospice is growing! We are a home health and hospice agency providing services in patient homes in 16 counties throughout Wisconsin. Patient homes include private residences, assisted living facilities, memory care units, and resident care apartment complexes. Preceptor strives to provide high quality care through our multifaceted programs including home health, hospice, palliative care, and outpatient services. We have branch offices located in Germantown, Fond du Lac, Waukesha, Appleton, Sheboygan, and Mount Pleasant/Racine. To best provide for our clients and case managers, we are looking to add to our 7 on/7 off team. We have an opening for a Registered Nurse to cover our Central Territories: Sheboygan, Ozaukee, Fond du Lac, and Washington Counties Shifts are Monday to Sunday from 4 PM to 7:30 AM on alternate weeks. During this time, you will have both home health and hospice visits. Some of the visits will be scheduled visits and some will be on-call. SIGN-ON BONUS OF $5,000-$7,500 OFFERED What's in it for you?
