Essential Duties and Responsibilities: This role champions the success of our Pain product portfolios, driving category growth through bold strategic vision and flawless execution of business and marketing plans. Develops and delivers a financial budget that resources new product and sustaining portfolio activities-while shaping strategies that win in the marketplace. Conducts market assessments and defines competitive pricing, to forging impactful NPD, from conception to market. This is central to the business and will be high-impact decision-maker. This position manages key customer relationships, orchestrates successful product launches, and optimizes gross profit and operating profit performance. In addition this role will focus on the future of our pipeline by working with the downstream RFA portfolio team on market opportunities and product innovation.
