At NAVEX, we're making the world a better place. A safer place. A more ethical place. A place where anyone, anywhere can have a voice. That's a serious impact.

NAVEX is looking for a detail-oriented and collaborative Operations Manager to join our Content Operations team. In this role, you'll support the resourcing, development, and delivery of our Ethics and Compliance training program.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with data, and excels at managing resources and operational workflows. You'll play a key role in using data to assess our needs and ensure that our content sources are purpose-built, agile, and scalable - aligned with both current and future strategic goals.

At NAVEX, you will work in a hybrid role and thrive alongside an engaged and collaborative team invested in supporting your success!

What you'll get:

  • Meaningful Purpose. Your work helps organizations operate with integrity and protect their people-at a scale few companies can match.
  • High-Performance Environment. We move with urgency, set ambitious goals, and expect excellence. You'll be trusted with real ownership and supported to do the best work of your career.
  • Candid, Supportive Culture. We communicate openly, challenge ideas-not people-and value teammates who embrace bold thinking and continuous improvement.
  • Growth That Matters. You can count on authentic feedback, strong accountability, and leaders invested in your success so you can achieve real growth.
  • Rewards for Results. We provide clear, competitive compensation designed to recognize measurable outcomes and real impact.

What you'll do:

  • Partner closely with Content Development, Production, and Project Management teams to produce learning, video, and localization projects on time, on budget, and to the specifications
  • Collaborate with managers to ensure that project plans reflect operational best practices, including structures attuned to the needs of the different product types, stretch timelines, and alignment with appropriate resources
  • Maintain a current understanding of available resources organized by functional category (e.g., instructional design, visual design, video), and research alternative vendors and potential generative AI solutions
  • Align resources to upcoming work based on schedules, skillsets, and capacity, ensuring delivery readiness across all product types
  • Resolve resourcing conflicts to avoid bottlenecks and slowdowns
  • Track resource utilization, project velocity, and unit costs, and recommend adjustments to improve efficiency and profitability
  • Maintain and optimize project tracking and workflows
  • Serve as a subject matter expert ensuring that the team leverages Smartsheet to its full potential to track project process, status report, resource management, and other tasks
  • Use product roadmaps and sales forecasts to anticipate future resource needs and model staffing scenarios
  • Create and maintain invoice and expense tracking reports
  • Serve as a change agent who can contribute to the development of plans for continuous improvement and transformation and then devise change management plans to implement them
  • Analyze course usage data to identify trends, inform content updates, and support strategic resourcing decisions

What you'll bring:

  • A bachelor's degree, Masters in related field a plus
  • 5+ years of experience in eLearning Content Development, ideally with a project management or operations focus in a corporate environment
  • Excellent project management experience with demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines; experience with agile or iterative workflows is a plus
  • Experience working with usage data and metrics to inform decisions; familiarity with LMS/LxP analytics a plus
  • Excellent Smartsheet and MS Excel abilities
  • Proficient with MS Office and collaboration tools (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills; ability to work effectively with remote teams and communicate across departments
  • Culture Agility. Comfort working in a fast-paced, candid environment that values innovation, healthy debate, and follow-through.
  • AI Readiness. Curiosity and willingness to use AI and emerging technologies to elevate your work and deliver smarter outcomes.
  • Ability to drive results through your job competencies while leveraging NAVEX's core values

Our side of the deal:

  • We'll be clear, we'll move fast, and we'll invest in your success. You deserve to be supported, challenged, and rewarded for the impact you make-and we commit to doing that every step of the way.
  • The starting pay for this role is $90,000+ per annum with a 5% MBO. Discover how you can grow, lead, and make an impact by visiting our career page to learn more.
