What you will do

As a TechnicalSpecialistspecializing inCCureAccess Control Systems, you will play a key role in delivering technicalexpertiseas part of theProfessionalServicesteam, implementation services, andtrainingfor Johnson Controls' Software House and American Dynamics platforms. This role emphasizes system design, migrations, upgrades,implementationof product features,clientanddealertraining and support, ensuring that solutions are delivered with high performance, security, and reliability.

You will collaborate with clients, system integrators, and internal teams to deploy, configure, andoptimizeenterprise security platforms, while also contributing to the development of best practices and custom solutions that address unique customer requirements.

How you will do it

  • Delivertechnical sessionsboth remotely and on-site,demonstratingstrong presentation and communication skills.

  • Configure environments to support hands-on training, testing, and system migration activities.

  • Partner with Sales and System Integrators to understand and address technical project requirements.

  • Lead and supportprofessionalservices efforts, ensuring minimal disruption andoptimalperformance.

  • Assistsystem integratorsbyshowcasingproduct features, capabilities, and integration options.

  • Travelapproximately 50-75% of the time within the United States.

What we look for

  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience.

  • Experience in the Physical Security industry.

  • Knowledge of CCURE 9000 and American Dynamics Victor platforms is preferred.

  • Proficiencyin SQL/T-SQL is highly desirable.

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

  • Outstanding customer service and problem-solving abilities with a sense of urgency.

  • Adept at managing multiple priorities while working independently with a focus on detail.

  • Team player capable of collaborating at all levels within Johnson Controls and client organizations.

  • Willingness to travelapproximately 50-75% of the time within the United States.

  • Proficient in MicrosoftWindows,SQLdatabases, and presentation software.

HIRING SALARY RANGE: $85,200 - 117,200 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
