The Senior Market Development Manager will serve as a lead for patient access and market development programs for Interventional Urology (IU). This position is responsible for the strategic direction, creation and flawless implementation of market development strategies and tactics to accelerate growth for the IU product portfolios. This includes development of programs and initiatives that educate patients and health care practitioners on the therapies in Interventional Urology.

Major Areas of Accountability:
|
- Ownership and management of patient-facing content for educational and awareness initiatives
- Develop market development strategy and innovative programs to remove barriers to treatment and expand patient awareness.
- Utilize market research and VOC to understand the patient decision making process and journey including the existing barriers and pain points to inform strategy and identify opportunities for better education and ongoing engagement for the patient and other relevant stakeholders in their journey.
- Collaborate with other marketers to ensure messaging alignment, share data and campaign results, and leverage synergies across the Interventional Urology business to ensure best practices and best-in-class patient marketing.
- Coordinates with internal partners and external vendors to execute conversion programs
- Identify high-growth opportunities and prioritize opportunities/programs to optimize impact.
- Works with appropriate functional areas to establish performance metrics for patient and health care practitioner programs
- Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills related to interfacing and establishing relationships with customers and key influencers to ensure that marketing decisions are customer-driven
- Leverages field experience with healthcare providers and the sales team to provide feedback for continuous program improvement

Essential Qualifications:
|
- BA/BS required with business or marketing emphasis. MBA preferred
- 10+ years relevant experience related to consumer marketing. Medical device and/or Healthcare experience preferred.
- Strong market development background with excellent presentation skills and a professional image.
- Demonstrates both creative and critical thinking skills
- Strong organization and project mangement skills
- Prior experience in medical devices and urology is highly desirable.
- Excellent influence management skills.
- Ability to travel up to 30%

- Competitive Compensation: The compensation range for this position is $116,000 - $175,000. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses and/or incentives.
